Long-Term Course Buddhist Courses - FPMT Study Programme:
Jamyang London Buddhist Centre is piloting a new FPMT study programme, co-designed by Geshe Tenzin Namdak.
Exploring Buddhism is a new three-year course in Buddhist philosophy and practice. The new FPMT study programme integrates study and practice, offering students a learning ecosystem that incorporates teachings, discussion groups, student forums, Review Sessions with Teaching Assistants and guided meditations.
Foundation Level: Discovering Buddhism
Discovering Buddhism is an FPTM study programme that offers students a thorough introduction to Buddhist philosophy and practice. We are currently midway through its current cycle of Discovering Buddhism but you can attend the single module as a weekend course with Gehe Tenzin Namdak.
Advanced Level: Basic Programme
Although registration for full enrolment has closed, we are opening up each subject to Observer students, who will be able to watch the teachings via a private YouTube link. It will be also possible to attend the summer Lam Rim Retreat with Geshe Namdak online as an Observer student, to deepen your understanding of the stages of the path to enlightenment.
Buddhist Courses for Beginners
For beginner students of Buddhism and meditation, or for those who would like to find out more, these Buddhist short courses are perfect for starting your journey or refreshing your knowledge. These classes are not about converting you to Buddhism; they're about giving you the tools to improve your well-being. The entry-level courses are available throughout the year.
Buddhism in a Nutshell - FPMT Course
