Free – £15.00

About this event
The Buddhist explanation of mind encompasses all thought processes, feelings and emotions both positive and negative. While the sessions are not meant to be a substitute for individuals who are currently undergoing or need psychological therapy, gaining an understanding of one’s own mind and how it functions can assist one to better understand and possibly manage feelings and emotions that can cause distress.

A short presentation will be followed by open-ended discussions that can help participants how to pay attention to, identify and unpack the thought processes that inform our emotions in day-to-day life.

As Lama Zopa Rinpoche says, “We can mould our mind into any shape we like.”

Is this for me?
Yes! If you have an interest in Buddhism and want to find out whether it is a spiritual tradition that you would like to investigate further, this is a perfect introduction.
