About the Course
Discovering Buddhism is a three-year programme in entry-level Buddhist philosophy and practice, with certification. It was specifically created to reflect FPMT wisdom culture and as such is considered a key FPMT program for preserving the teaching and practice lineage of Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rinpoche. Participants will experience a taste of the Buddha’s teachings, get acquainted with some meditation practices, and gain the skills they need to make their lives more meaningful.
