About the Class

  • In-person Only

Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Learning how to meditate is straightforward, and the benefits can come quickly. The guided meditation drop-in sessions are secular and have been created so that like-minded people can meet, meditate and learn how to meditate together.

Is this for me?
Absolutely! This class is for all who wish to develop basic meditation methods which they can apply to improve their daily lives, whether or not they identify as Buddhists, and regardless of their prior experience of meditation.

What can I expect?

Practical and useful meditation training to improve your mental wellbeing.
