About the class
This 90 minutes Kundalini Yin Yoga class will divide into three parts. Kundalini Bija Mantra Chanting Meditation, Yin Yoga and finishing with a Tibetan sound journey.
The Bija mantra chanting for seven chakras helps wake up our innate spiritual energy. Directing the energy from the root chakra to the crown chakra will help clear all negative energies, stress and obstacles and refresh our minds.
Yin Yoga is known as the most meditative type of yoga. Every posture during Yin Yoga will hold for 3 to 5 minutes. It helps cultivate a contemplative mind and reconnect the breath with the body.
The Tibetan spiritual instruments set includes singing bowls, gong, tingsha and bell. The sound and vibration of the set will take you to experience deep relaxation that helps stress relief and rejuvenates the body.

This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. Pregnancy or any medical conditions may check with a medical professional before coming to the class.
About the Teacher
Agnes So has been practising yoga since 2015. She has taken her 500 hours of advanced yoga teacher training in Nepal and gone through additional training as 85 hours of Mindfulness Yin Yang Yoga Teacher Training and 95 hours of Children’s Yoga Teacher Training.
Agnes is also sensitive to energy. She is a registered Reiki Master of International Center of Reiki Training, a graduate from Grand Master Shree Krishna Shahi, the third generation Master of Himalayan Singing Bowls Therapy and Sound Healing.
