About the class
Based on the Satyananda / Bihar School of Yoga.
Satyananda Yoga classes include Asana, Pranayma, Mudra, Banda , deep relaxation and mediation techniques, this integrated style of Hatha Yoga encourages a build-up of internalised energy, which propels us towards a meditative state, bringing calm, inner space, and perspective.

The classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
About the Teacher
Judy Watchman has been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching for 20 years. She is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited Satyananda Yoga teacher and trained with Swami Nischalananda of the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales, Judy is also influenced by the Iyengar Yoga tradition which brings a great precision to Asana work.
