About the class
Vanda Scaravelli championed working with the body rather than pushing against it, developing an effortless and enjoyable approach to yoga that focuses on the spine, the breath, and gravity. Expect a subtle and gentle form of yoga which promotes the release of tension and more ease of movement.

Classes are suitable for everyone, with or without previous yoga experience.
About the Teacher
Carla Calimani has practised yoga for over 20 years, and is particularly interested in facilitating ways to take this present-moment practice off the mat and into everyday life. She is accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals, and trained with Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training.
