About the class
Classes consist of standing postures (Zhan Zhuang) and slow, meditative, movements developed to cultivate energy and healing, relaxing both body and mind. Classes will incorporate foundational moves of Tai Chi.

About the Teacher
William Walker is a student of Master Lam Kam Chuen, has been a practitioner of Chi Kung for 27 years and has 22 years of teaching experience. He currently teaches both Zhan Zhuang Chi Kung and Lam style Tai Chi along with Wu Tang Dragon Sword Form.
William began his practice of Chi Kung in the early ’90s. In 1994 William started training in Zhan Zhuang Chi Kung with Master Lam Kam-Chuen in London and subsequently became an instructor within ‘The Lam Association’, being given permission to teach Chi Kung, Tai Chi and Wudang Dragon Sword Form.
Since 1999 William has taught weekly classes in Chi Kung and Tai Chi, at Jamyang Buddhist Centre, south London. He has also led workshops in schools and centres, and has taught Tai Chi and Chi Kung, within the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, to children with autism and learning difficulties.
William is on the UK listing site for mindfulness teachers and has completed a number of courses and meditation retreats. He has a long-standing interest in Buddhism and Taoism as well as masters’ degrees in Theology and Philosophy of religion.
