About the teaching
In this four-part teaching series, you will learn how to meditate and experience the benefits of meditation in your daily life
Is this for me?
This course is suitable for all, including those who are already familiar with meditation in other traditions but would like to know more about how meditation is practiced in Tibetan Buddhism.
What can I expect?
This introductory course presents basic Buddhist meditation techniques for complete beginners.
About the teacher
Our Resident Teacher, Geshe Tenzin Namdak, was given full ordination by HH the Dalai Lama and completed the twenty-year Geshe degree. A Dutch citizen, he teaches in English and is known for his warm, gentle and inclusive style.
