    amazing this thread started a year ago (rejoyce! rejoyce!). How can I join the meditation? via Zoom?

    Hi Diana, I’m also on the West Coast, as well as Switzerland for half a year. The best time for the two time zones to get together is probably sometime AFTER UK’s 4:00 PM, that’s 8:00 AM Pacific. I’d be interested to join if the time fits.

    Dear Friends, I hope I can contribute a bit. I have a different “problem”. Growing up in a culture similar to Tibetan, I have no doubt about reincarnation, nor karma, even our language is built around that a lot. (I grew up Taiwanese). That doesn’t meant I don’t struggle with the concept of rebirth. My difficulty is how do I prove something that is so innate, it’s an innate knowing. I find proving it through science is rather limited. If I could have a direct experience of it, then it’s more convincing to myself. So my working hypothesis is “what if there is next life? if so, I’d would like to best prepare for it. If there isn’t a next life, then at least I’m trying to live a life that can contribute to our world.” It sounds like I’ve given up proving it. 🙂
