Compassion Meditation
COURSE with Roy Sutherwood, Jonathan Millett, Radek Skrzypczak
EVERY MON | 19:00 - 20:30 | 7 JAN - 11 FEB
/ABOUT
Compassion lies at the heart of the Buddhist path to freedom and enlightenment, and Tibetan Buddhism has a range of practices designed to broaden, deepen and enhance this key skill for living well.
In these six sessions Roy and Jonathan will explore the practical application of these methods bringing benefit now and in the future. They will be working in particular with a group of trainings called ‘the four immeasurables’. These help us develop unbounded deep compassion, unconditional universal love, limitless unending joy and total unbiased balance.
/FACILITATORS
Roy, Radek and Jonathan are both experienced meditators in the Jamyang communities with a wide range of experience in making daily meditation an everyday part of our life.
