Offerings of vegetarian food for the Tsog feast or of flowers for the altar are always welcome.
For those who have received initiation into the male and female deities of the Mother Tantras of Highest Yoga Tantra there is a requirement to do Tsog Puja on the 10th (male) and 25th (female) day of every Tibetan Lunar month.
