Constructive and Destructive Emotions

How do destructive emotions cause disturbances of mind and how do
constructive emotions lead to happiness? Geshe Namdak will explain the
nature of our destructive emotions and their antidotes and will teach us how to
transform our minds into a path of more happiness.
This course will have three evening sessions of teachings and one final
evening session with Q&A, group discussions and meditation.
Geshe Tenzin Namdak was given full ordination by His Holiness the Dalai
Lama and is our new resident teacher. He recently gained his Geshe degree,
the equivalent of a doctorate of philosophy in our education system. A Dutch
citizen, he teaches in English and is well known for his warm, gentle, inclusive

Students will benefit from having attended Geshe Namdak's course "An Introduction to Buddhist Philosophy & Psychology" given earlier in 2019. If you did not attend this, ask us for a reading list.
No-one will be turned away due to lack of funds
Dharma teachings run on a 'Generosity model', based on voluntary donations. By donating you will help create the conditions for the teachings to be available, meals to be served, accommodation to be clean, for the doors to be open and the lights on. Therefore people of any faith or background are welcome.
