/ABOUT
For people who want to explore the development of compassion more deeply these eight evenings will look at the set of practices found in Bodhisattva inspired Buddhism found in the Eight Verses of Mind Training Kadam Geshe Langri Thangpa.

This short groups of verses sets out how to make the best of any situation in order to deepen and strengthen the unbounded impartial compassion that energises our path to full awakening.

Roy and Jonathan are both experienced meditators in the Jamyang communities with a wide range of experience in making daily meditation an everyday part of our life.

Suggested donation £10 a session

No-one will be turned away due the lack of funds 

Dharma teachings run on a 'Generosity model', completely on voluntary donations. By donating you will help create the conditions for the teachings to be available, the meals to be served, accommodations to be clean, for the doors to be open and the lights on. Therefore people of any faith or background are welcome.

Booking is not mandatory but highly recommended it because Jamyang can give you a better service
