An 8-week course offering an introduction to the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness which can help build the foundations for meditation practice and also open a window on to our thoughts and emotions, i.e. 'what makes us tick'. This allows us to develop a different relationship to how we experience daily life with its problems and stresses and enhance positive states of mind such as love and compassion.
The course runs from 6 Feb to 27 March (19:00 to 20:30) and includes a full practice day on Sunday 3rd March.
Open to all.
Concessions are available.
Prior booking for the whole course is recommended (100 pounds for the whole course including practice day) although people can drop in on a weekly basis (10 pounds per session, 30 pounds for the practice day or 100 pounds if paid in advance for the whole course)
Booking is not mandatory but highly recommended it because Jamyang can give you a better service
