These three classes offer an introduction to mindfulness based on practices key to the Mindfulness for Stress Reduction course.
These tools can be incorporated into everyday life and can help improve mental and emotional well-being. The teaching style is a mix of interactive, contemplative and experiential. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.
All are very welcome to attend.
TEACHER
The class is facilitated by one of the trained facilitators from the London School of Mindfulness (LCfM) which has been running the 8 week Mindfulness for StressReduction courses since 2011 at Jamyang and also in workplaces and community settings.
BOOKING INFO
Attendance at all 3 sessions is highly recommended but people are welcome to drop in.
