In-Person Yoga and Chi Kung Classes now back at Jamyang London Buddhist Centre.

Wellbeing at Jamyang London Buddhist CentreHere at Jamyang London Buddhist Centre we’re working on creating a calm and meditative space at the weekends.

We’re very pleased to announce a new program of physical-based classes that are focused on wellbeing with the Mindful Movement. Long-term teaching partners of Jamyang, such as Judy, William and Guillermo, are bringing their expertise to the day, while new teachers will be introducing fresh practices and new styles of yoga to Jamyang London.

This Saturday 11th and on Saturday 18th take your pick from a selection of FREE  yoga and chi kung classes. 

All these classes will be offered for free just for the first two Saturdays – No need to book, just drop in and don’t miss the opportunity to see how staying active can boost the mood and discover new ways to look after your mental wellbeing.

Bookings can then be made with teachers directly for future classes.
