Classes and Talks

  • Attending In-Person  Due to the Covid restriction, we’ve limited the spaces available. Please save your spot ahead of time.
  • Attending Online Some of our events are available online or as ‘Hybrid class’, this means that teaching takes place on zoom and in-person here at Jamyang simultaneously. You, our students and community, have the choice on how you would like to join in. Come down to the centre and enjoy the space or participate from the comfort of your home via zoom


Open hours for 2022

  • Monday to Thursday 15:00 to 20:00 and Weekends from 9:00 – 12:00 | 14:00 – 17:00. Drop-in anytime to enjoy the Library, spend some contemplative time in the Gompas for meditation and personal practice.
  • Mindful Weekends: Open from 9:00 – 12:00 | 14:00 – 17:00 Join us for a full schedule on Mindful movement Yoga, Chi Kung on Saturdays, and calming Meditative practices on Sunday.
