Buddhist Classes and Talks
Our full schedule of Buddhist teachings, classes and talks led by Geshe Tenzin Namdak are now offered in a hybrid format* – meaning once you have booked your class online you can join us either in person or via zoom as you prefer.

Join us for a full schedule on Mindful movement Yoga, Chi Kung on Saturdays, and calming Meditative practices on Sunday.

Hybrid simply means that a teaching takes place on zoom and in-person here at Jamyang simultaneously. You, our students and community, have the choice on how you would like to join in. Come down to the centre and enjoy the space or participate from the comfort of your home via zoom.*
