Monday Meditation

Start your week off right and banish stress and anxiety with the power of meditation.

Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Learning how to meditate is straightforward, and the benefits can come quickly.

Over the course of several weeks, Geshe Tenzin Namdak will lead us using meditation techniques that date back to the time of the Buddha. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to receive instruction from an experienced and highly qualified meditation teacher. Join us at Jamyang London Buddhist Centre and embark on a journey of self-discovery and enlightenment.

What to expect?

During this short course, Geshe Tenzin Namdak will expertly guide us through a number of meditations, including techniques for;

  • Enhancing our concentration to cultivate more self-awareness.
  • Mastering analytical meditation to support emotional regulation.
  • Growing our compassion and expanding our awareness to others
  • Establishing inner peace through the practice of The Four Close Placements of Mindfulness.

Is this for me?

All levels welcome, no previous experience needed. If you are new to meditation these sessions will provide the essential framework to help you develop your very own meditation practice. If you are an experienced meditator, these sessions will support you in going deeper with your practice.
