We’re very pleased to offer a new program of physical-based classes at Jamyang London Buddhist Centre that are focused on mindfulness and wellbeing.
Taking care of your mind as well as our body is really important to promote healthy wellbeing. Our physical health has a big impact on how we feel. Staying active can boost our mood, support our physical health and help us to discover new ways to look after our wellbeing. Exercise is great for our mind as well as our body, and it is important to make time to look after our physical and mental health.
Running from the first class at 9:00 through to the last session at 16:30, we offer a full schedule of practices such as yoga, chi kung, meditation, healing sound therapy and more, to suit all types of levels from beginners through to advanced and those curious to try something new – all will be guided by the gentle and considered techniques of these skilful teachers.
