DESCRIPTION:About the event\nThe Life of a Bodhisattva: How Lama Zopa Rinpoche embodied the six perfections. \nJoin us for a special evening with Venerable Robina as she recounts stories of Rinpoche\, and explains how this highly realised being demonstrated the paramitas of generosity\, ethical discipline\, patience\, joyous effort\, concentration and wisdom. \n  \n\nBook Your Place\n\n  \nSchedule\n6:30-8:00pm BST\, Wednesday 14th October 2026 \n  \nAbout the teacher\n\n  \nOrdained since the late 1970s\, Ven. Robina has worked full time since then for Lama Thubten Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rinpoche’s FPMT. Over the years she has served as editorial director of Wisdom Publications\, editor of Mandala Magazine\, executive director of Liberation Prison Project\, and as a touring teacher of Buddhism. Her life and work with prisoners have been featured in the documentary films Chasing Buddha and Key to Freedom. \n  \nHow to join\nAttend in-person or join us online via Zoom. If you can\, please register with the appropriate ticket option below\, as this helps us to plan effectively. You can also just show up on the day! \n  \nDonation\nJamyang operates on a generosity model. We suggest a recommended donation\, please choose this option if you can.
