This is not an art class with instruction – it’s a relaxed space to express yourself creatively alongside like-minded people. \n\nIs this for me? \n\nEven if you have never meditated before or you do not consider yourself to be a creative person\, all are welcome! Join us for mindful art-making\, and play. No prior experience of any kind is needed – just bring an open mind. \n\nThis session is specifically for people of colour and those who identify as part of the global majority. Whether you’ve joined us before or are brand new to the community\, you are welcome. \nHow do I join?\n\nBook on Eventbrite.\nWe suggest saving your spot ahead of time to help the facilitator organise the session\, but you’re also welcome to simply drop in.\n  \nMeditate & Make takes place in the Tara Room at Jamyang London Buddhist Centre.
