DESCRIPTION:Women & Nonbinary Sangha Coffee Chats | Women & Nonbinary Gathering\nWomen & Nonbinary Sangha Coffee Chats is a dedicated space for women and nonbinary people who are interested in meditation\, Buddhism and discussion about gendered experience and identity. \nOur in-person gathering for the Women & Nonbinary Sangha is a dedicated space for women and nonbinary people who are studying Buddhism or are practicing Buddhists and are interested in sharing experiences with others as part of our affinity group at Jamyang. \nPart of Jamyang’s celebration of International Women’s Month\, this space seeks to affirm and uplift women and nonbinary members of the Jamyang community. We are creating a place where people can see themselves reflected in the stories of their fellow students and practitioners\, while unpacking the nuances of their lived experience in a conducive and supportive setting. \nWhat can I expect? \nA short silent meditation\, followed by light-hearted conversation on various topics of Buddhist philosophy and practice in the Cafe of Jamyang London Buddhist Centre. \nThe Women & Nonbinary Sangha coffee chats are for discussion with no agenda\, objectives or themes\, offering space to explore Buddhist teachings and to share ideas and reflections in a fun\, informal and friendly setting. \nIs this for me? \nAll are welcome\, whether experienced students or completely new to Buddhism. \nThis session is specifically for women and nonbinary people. Whether you’ve come to our previous gatherings or are new to the community\, you are welcome to join us! \nHow do I join? \nBook on Eventbrite. \nWe suggest saving your spot ahead of time to help the facilitator organise the event\, but you’re also welcome to simply drop in. \n  \n
