Friday Online Meditation & Discussion

Wind down your week with this friendly drop-in session bringing together meditation practice and open conversation in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Join fellow practitioners and newcomers alike on Friday evenings for guided meditation followed by an informal discussion exploring Buddhist ideas, practice and everyday life. Whether you’ve been practising for years or are simply curious, this is a warm and accessible way to connect with a like-minded community from the comfort of your own home.

Guided Meditation: What to expect

A gentle, guided meditation session led by members of the Jamyang community. Each week may draw on different Buddhist meditation techniques, making it a lovely opportunity to explore a range of practices in good company. Suitable for all levels — no prior experience needed.

 

 

Discussion & Sharing Circle: What to expect

After meditation, we open up a relaxed, free-flowing conversation touching on Buddhist philosophy, psychology and how practice shows up in daily life. There’s no set agenda or formal structure — just honest, good-natured sharing of ideas, questions and reflections. Bring a cup of tea and settle in.

Everyone is welcome — whether you’re a regular practitioner at Jamyang or completely new to Buddhism.
