About the programme
Join us for a weekend with Paula Chichester, as she guides us through techniques to soothe and energise the five elements (earth, water, fire, air and space), to pave the way towards less stress by opening the heart, to finding a more grounded connection with the planet and a deeper understanding of the relationships we have with the people around us.
- Day 1: Somatic healing practices that open our experience of the subtle body energies that can heal our whole self – physical, psychological and spiritual. Suitable for all.
- Day 2: Similar to Day 1, while also incorporating meditation practices of Medicine Buddha, the embodiment of the perfect healer within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Suitable for all who have an interest in bringing traditional Buddhist approaches into their practice.
About Paula
Paula Chichester is known for her friendly, experiential teaching style that evolved from 4 decades of full-time training in Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and meditation as well as diverse psycho-somatic healing arts from Asia and the West. Her ability to distil and impart the essence of these disciplines is inspired by her main teachers, Lama Thubten Yeshe and Kyabje Zopa Rinpoche. Paula is dedicated to help create a world culture of health, compassion, wisdom and joy.
