Sunday Dharma Talk with Geshe Tashi

This study series offers a two-year deep dive into the profound and practical instructions on Calm Abiding (śamatha) and Special Insight (vipaśyanā) as presented in the Lam Rim tradition. Geshe Tenzin Namdak’s expert guidance will draw primarily on the instructions of Je Tsongkhapa, one of Tibet’s greatest scholar-yogis.
