This practice is restricted to practitioners who hold a Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment. Chittamani (Mind Jewel) Tara, is the Highest Yoga Tantra form of Tara, the female Buddha. This practice has the power to bring success and protect from harm, and most importantly to bring us to the ultimate happiness of enlightenment.

Over the course of seven months, we will undertake a close and contemplative study of one of the most profound yet practically oriented texts of the Madhyamaka tradition. This course offers a rare opportunity to engage deeply with a text that trains the mind not only to understand emptiness, but to become fit to realize it.

How to Meditate
These meditation drop-in sessions are secular and have been created so that like-minded people can meet, meditate and learn how to meditate together.
Sunday Dharma Talk with Geshe Tashi
This month we are both honoured and excited to be welcoming Jamyang's former resident teacher back to the Old Courthouse. Geshe Tashi Tsering will be speaking about his work for the Dalai Lama Centre for Tibetan and Indian Ancient Wisdom, with a particular focus on why we need ancient wisdom. Join us online or in the gompa for what promises to be a warmhearted and inspiring talk.
Climate Café
These cafes provide a space for us to connect and talk about how we feel about the climate and ecological crisis. In a Climate Café, we share our feelings and thoughts, and listen carefully to each other.
