This morning was a Glance Meditation covering the Lam-Rim as a whole, all in half an hour(!):
Express Meditation with Ven. Robina Courtin (Glance Meditation on the Lam Rim)
Diana PisaniParticipantLast Tuesday, we repeated the Ven Thubten Dechen one (previous link).
This morning, YouTube was playing up, so we repeated one from a few weeks ago:

Afternoon Express Meditation: The Equality of Self and Others – Ven Thubten Dechen
Diana PisaniParticipantToday’s one:

Have a good week!
Diana PisaniParticipantLast Tuesday, we repeated the Ven. Robina meditation on concentration.
Today’s meditation was:
Simple Morning Meditation: Body Awareness, Breath and Gentle Tong-Len – Ven. Yonten.
Diana PisaniParticipantHi Alison – I think it would be too much of a rush for you to get the 11:43 train (though you never know).
The next train to Lavaur after that is the 13:44, arriving at 14:21, so that would still work – check in at Nalanda is between 2pm and 5pm so you’ll be there in plenty of time.
Diana PisaniParticipantThis morning, we followed:
Express Meditation – Concentration Meditation Ven. Robina Courtin
This has an introduction, then three bursts of 4-5 minutes of concentration on the breath with 1 minute breaks in between.
Diana PisaniParticipantThis morning, getting back to Shamata:
Shamata Retreat – Glen Svensson p6/26 – Meditation
Have a good week!
Diana PisaniParticipantThis morning’s meditation begins with mindfulness and an analysis of different types of thinking, and has a short contemplation on loving kindness at the end.
Express Meditation Ven Katy – Mindfulness Meditation on Functional Thinking
Apologies for my internet connection playing up this morning. Thanks to Laura for getting things up and running again!
Diana PisaniParticipantToday’s meditation was on the three types of laziness:
Express Meditation (Overcoming Obstacles to Joyous Effort) with Ven. Losang Dondrub
Have a lovely week.
Diana PisaniParticipantToday’s meditation was on self-cherishing and its effects:
Bodhichitta and introduction to Bodhisattva Vows – Ven. Yonten.
We started at about 01:40 and finished at 02:07.
Diana PisaniParticipantToday, we had a bit of a break from joyous effort (I guess that comes under relinquishment, right?)
Express Meditation Ven Katy – Clarity of Consciousness
Have a lovely week everyone.
(I don’t know whether Ven. Katy follows the forum, but we thank her for the meditations!)
Diana PisaniParticipantToday’s one – more on effort:
Express Meditation (Ven. Dondrub) Generating the Mind that Delights in Virtue
Cheers!
