This course offers a rare opportunity to engage deeply with a text that trains the mind not only to understand emptiness, but to become fit to realize it. ![]() This regular drop-in session allows students to practice various Buddhist meditations with their peers, followed by a discussion group for anyone interested in the Buddhist worldview and way of life. |
