This regular drop-in session allows students to practice various Buddhist meditations with their peers, followed by a discussion group for anyone interested in the Buddhist worldview and way of life.
Āryadeva’s Four Hundred Verses
Over the course of seven months, we will undertake a close and contemplative study of one of the most profound yet practically oriented texts of the Madhyamaka tradition. This course offers a rare opportunity to engage deeply with a text that trains the mind not only to understand emptiness, but to become fit to realize it.

This study series offers a two-year deep dive into the profound and practical instructions on Calm Abiding (śamatha) and Special Insight (vipaśyanā) as presented in the Lam Rim tradition. Geshe Tenzin Namdak's expert guidance will draw primarily on the instructions of Je Tsongkhapa, one of Tibet’s greatest scholar-yogis.
