
Gentle Yoga: Exploring the vastness of being

Satyananda Yoga classes include Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Banda , Deep relaxation and array of nourishing, life enhancing meditation techniques
The Asana (postures) we will practice will be mostly gentle and will integrate practices from Tattwa Shuddhi – (an exploration of deeper levels existence)
Classes are limited to 10 people so book now to avoid disappointment.
Is this for me?
The classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience as well as complete beginners.
About the Teacher
Judy Watchman has been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching for 20 years. She is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited Satyananda Yoga teacher and trained with Swami Nischalananda of the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Wales.
