Dharma Café is a discussion group for anyone interested in the Buddhist worldview and way of life.
All are welcome, whether experienced students or completely new to Buddhism.
What can I expect?
Light-hearted conversation on various topics of Buddhist philosophy, Buddhist psychology and Buddhist practice over some light refreshments.
A Dharma Cafe is a group-directed discussion of Buddhism with no agenda, objectives or themes to discuss the Buddhist teachings and to share ideas and reflections in a fun, informal and friendly setting.
Buddhist teachings can transform our minds, but only if we think them through thoroughly. As Jamyang’s Resident Teacher, Geshe Namdak, says: we have to chew the material!
How do I join?
We suggest saving your spot ahead of time to help the facilitator to organise the event.
These meetups take place in the café space at Jamyang London Buddhist Centre.
Arrive at 19:00 for a 19:15 start.
