Event Series Event Series: Dying Well

Dying Well: Planning Now to Manage my Death. Creating your own Advance Care Plan (ACP)

July 13 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Have you ever wondered… if you were in an serious accident or terminally ill, how you could let people know what is appropriate for you if you could no longer communicate. And if you were to die, how best could you help your loved one’s cope?

These and other situations are explored in our next Dying Well session, where you will be given your own Advance Care Plan which you can start to complete. It contains relevant questions, and helps you think about what needs to be put in place for when the inevitable happens.

What can I expect?

– A topic relating to death and dying is presented, and active discussion about the topic is encouraged.

– Light refreshments provided
