Join the Jamyang’s community of carers for a free in-person programme.
Repaying the Kindness is a community event to support carers. Established nearly 20 years ago. This award-winning secular project was established to nurture and support carers in ways that strengthen their sense of wellbeing and help to reduce stress through a range of activities.
Whether you care for a loved one or work as a caregiver professionally, feel rejuvenated and revitalized by this two hours-long retreat.
We hope you will join us for an engaging afternoon of joy and connection, usually followed by tea and cakes
