| Venerable Honu, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, 15th August 2023. Her journey’s end came after a phone puja blessing with Venerable Robina, embodying a serene transition. Venerable Honu held a special place as a cherished friend of Jamyang London, and her contributions to the Buddhist Centre were immeasurable. Her willingness to assist in numerous capacities and her remarkable ability to befriend countless individuals enriched the lives of those around her. Venerable Honu’s legacy of kindness, compassion, and dedication will continue to resonate within the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Everyone is welcome to the 108 Light Offering to say a few words and share memories to commemorate the life of our special friend. |
